Gralats not recieved
 

I just bought the 10$ and I have not received them but I got a Google receipt, can an admin help me out please

Can I forward the receipt to an email? If so what's the email

Basically I only have a cheaper smart phone an it won't let me copy the receipt or save it, I have the numbers can I send the numbers from reciept

Go on the site and click "submit ticket." There you can select the server as "Ol' West" and put any information in the text area as needed. And yes you can attach the screenie. I wouldn't see why you cant.

My ticket days "responded" but no support has said anythin, I buy gralats every week or two and it's no fair I bought these for SPD, and I haven't gotten them or any help from toonslab, I even pmd Xor and he said for me to message an Ol west admin to help me. I need these gralats before spd event shop is over, this isn't fair I spend 10-40$ a month on gralats and it's like everyone tells me someone else to talk to, only person who has tried to help is Shiz I emailed him my ticket but haven't heard from him yet.....

If you really caught a gralats pack and the money has been gone from your google account, you receive a message on your E-Mail which you can use as proof.

Yes I have receipt for it, I actually just bought gralats again because I'm scared the spd shop was gonna close an it went through, but I never git gralats from my other transaction from the 20th. This happened to me last year an it was sooo annoying to resolve .

Still waiting, going on 3days now....

I bet the Holiday Shop will close in 3 weeks, so dont worry

CNY shop is still open i think and it has been over a month. Also the Valentines edition of the holiday shop was open for 3 weeks.

As for the gralats im sure you will get them. Especially if you have that receipt.
