Spar records, like 80% of the time, give u a good indication of how skilled a sparrer is.

Nope. Not even 30%. 70%+ are fake, including myself.
435-191 on Streak spar room (sparred during EST afternoon to evening, no selective spar)
40-4 on Quick spar room (Didn't spar selectively, rushed against most opponents, 40-50% opponents were well over 2:1 ratio with 1k+ wins).
Last January on Male -> 642-142, 80% quick, 20% streak. Had a good streak time cause all the good sparrers were towering.
Redesign the spar match system like WoW, saying this again. You can't fake your score with randomly matched opponent. I want to see where all these random people pop up with such a huge ratio.

As of recently, I have been watching this guild and thought of how great an example they set for everyone else. They do things right. I just wanted to get the word out to all the rest of you.
The guild's name is White Tulip. This group of people does what every guild should do in pertinence to guild spar. When the scores were recently reset, a lot of guilds tried to rush to the top. White Tulip was one of these guilds. The difference is that after they got 7k points, they didn't cower down from anyone. They sparred just to spar, it didn't matter their numbers or odds or whoever else was in the room. They went down in points, but to me, they're a far more respected guild than a lot of those other snakes on the leaderboard.
I think all guilds should learn a lesson from White Tulip. Stop being concerned with score. Spar with your guild regardless of the environment.
