Heads being refunded
 

So I've been off Zone for quite awhile now and last night I decided to get on and play, to the very least it was enjoyable. This morning I got on and was greeted with my head being refunded. Now I asked around and people are saying that staff are refunding them because of the headband. Zone has already established that heads with minor accessories are okay, just no mask or headband covering the full face. Now I don't know if they changed the rules or if the staff were not notified. Someone or an administrator please explain this situation to me. Because I find it really hypocritical to refund someone's head because of a headband when staff are also wearing them.

My head got refunded as well just the other day. I don't know why such a silly rule is enforced. Because it was a gif? I got permission from a admin to have it. This is why I choose not to make graphics for Zone. I have a real life job making graphics. I get paid real money for my artwork. Your loss Zone! The staff of Era, support and welcome my graphics. They are always excited to put them in the game.

Zone's uploading site hasn't worked in days so I guess that adding your own custom looks are a thing of the past.

Upload site should be fine now. As far as your head getting refunded, we only allow small animations such as blinking eyes or such.

I agree with robg Your graphics are amazing and No wonder you get payed for making them keep the good work :D

I haven't been staff in a while so it may have changed, but I thought that they actually reduced the rules. Headbands should be allowed, now all animal/non-human uploads are allowed, thr fire head should have been allowed. You might report this to the ZPA if this keeps happening because it could be one of the newer ZPs messing up and refunding everything because he considers a headband a hat.

Before I hated your graphics because it was messy (was 8 or 9 back then) Now I like it you use techniques I've never ever done before (atleast in my eyes) I like you teach me please.

So to clear things up, is headband still allowed or is there some new wacky rule for it now? Because one of my head was refunded my a ZP named "December*"

I'll talk to him about the rules in uploading. Though, not sure if I can bring it back. I'll find a way.
