Sigil blades

This melee is something ive wanted for a while
I like the electric effect it has while u walk and I heard its extremely good.

How much is this melee worth?
Im not the richest player but I have 400 zc on me though :0

When was this item obtainable? and how?

is The ice canon slow?

I believe it was sold in an auction.
Ice cannon shoots like goonadier, but freezes players for a second or two, does 12 dmg. Good in bases like spring.

Oh then I will not be able to afford the sigil
I can barely afford any good melee, im trying to save up for the alien knife but its taking a while.
