2DS or regular 3DS
 

My brother lost my 3DS yesterday and my dad decided to buy me a 3DS again, but I do not want the 3DS because I don't like the 3D option it has. I heard the 2DS is good and better than the regular 3DS, I want the 2DS because it seems like the perfect size and it has no 3D option... also it's cheaper! I want the 3DS, but I also want the 2DS. Also one question... can you re-download the games you have bought from another 3DS... I at least wasted $60 or $80 on the shop [emoji14]

I cant answer your real question since I dont own a DS. But the new 3ds is larger and has an amiibo scan feature

I'd go for the 3DS, it's much nicer and it fits in your pocket. (Unless cargo shorts are your thing, that is).

New 3DS or 3DS XL and just turn the 3D off.

Yeah..Like Dusty said you can turn the 3D off. It's not like they force you to play in 3D. That's why they have the slider. Just get the New 3DS.

The 2ds is a 3ds without the 3d. plus it cant fold

And it's cheaper

Tell your daddy ya fine without it and that he should spend the money on something he wants. Surely will make his day.

3DS will fit in your pocket.

I honestly don't like the design of the 2DS just because it feels so exposed. But yeah it is esentially the 3DS without the 3D, which is fine because I never used the 3D in the first place. However the 3DS does fit better in your pocket.

Save up for the Nintendo NX

2ds is for kids btw.
