How to make a gang succeed?
 

I have a gang and I have shipka for pking. I have a problem succeeding my gang to get on the top. My gang has full of noobs but they don't leave and then when a pro asks to join they leave when we lost the base and I can't even find a permanent pro member. When I ask a pro with a bar they refuse all the time. Can someone put a guide or a tip to get a permanent member?

The people you call noobs now.... They will be very good after awhile. It just takes time. So when they do, they might be a permanent member in your gang.

Considering that iEra has been around for a year now, a lot of people are established into their own gangs all ready.
Starting a new gang and finding well-rounded players is extremely difficult.
It helps if you yourself has good stats.

And rare items...

that has nothing to do with making a gang successful.

I guess you have to be a person that people want to look up to you and stay in your gang.

lol a lot of pros get a **** load of invites from multiple gangs... So inviting them is usually pointless. I never accept invites unless it is from a friend lawl. Well idk I wouldn't ever take my advice seeing as i never stay on one tag rofl

Noobs are annoying for awhile, but you need to tolerate them. After awhile, if your nice to them, you'll have decent players in your gang, and some good friends. Don't just say stuff like 'BASE, BBZ, NOW,'. Ask your members if they want to take a base. Being friendly goes a long way.

Tip: Recruit nice people.

Make your Gang like a family. The members should be friends with everyone and feel welcome. Once you get to a certain point you'll need to make sub guilds for different timezones in order to keep bases 24/7

You need to scare people a bit so they respect you. Then you need to recruit people with not so much kills, give them a high rank so they stay. You need ro be a lot on, you need to have authority, you need a good character (neva give up!) and then take bases ;) I guess that's it ;) (and also luck)

Well, I'm really picky with who i recruit to Eos, but because of that, my gang is really close knit and everyone in it is awesome.

Coming from owning Obsidian, honestly all you need to do to make a succesfful gang is play 24/7 and recruit noobs. You will be top of the day if you do that and even week if you keep it up. Why else do you think EBIZOU is number 1? They have no skill yet play more than anyone else.
