Being able to check other players "ms"
 

You should be able to say "Showms ReD N." for example and it should show their ms :) you'd be able to tell who it is lagging while sparring, pking or anything else for example :)!

Players aren't going to go around bullying other people because they have a poor connection.

It's very common in Classic actually, Sarah is a good example of this (as in she's always being made fun of for lagging sometimes).

Why check other users ms. You can tell when they are lagging. Even if you did check it what would you do? If anyone should be able to check others ms it should be just staff.

Just check someone's flag before you spar.

Canada: lil Delay

Central America: lil warp + lil delay

Europe: lil delay - a lot of delay - vpn + lil warp - a lot or warp - vpn

Australia: a lot of warp + delay

Asia: a lot of delay + warp

Africa: no clue, have not sparred enough.

I want this idea so when someone calls you a lagger you can prove to them that their ping isn't as good as they say.
