Graal Online Bank

I really think Graal Online Bank should start being of use to people aside from the gnome quest. In my opinion, it should act like a real bank as in, you should be able to withdraw and deposit money which is really good if you're camping out at destiny for a sold out hat. You can just withdraw 2500 or more and receive the hat you want! This would also help players to buy more of the expensive items in graal quicker and just earn money quicker in general. It may also teach some responsibility in the younger audience the game aimed toward. Thoughts?

How would it earn more money quicker????

Starting to like this idea^

@thread
Bank or no Bank, people will still spend their money when they want to.

My thoughts.

In my opinion you should never be able to drop below "0" gralats. Even if you can take loans in real life I feel it wouldn't go over well here. The only way loans could happen would be if you could not buy anything else until the loan was payed in full, no interest on the loan either.

But for storing gralats and maybe a small interest rate? I would be down for that.

What's the point in storing your money in a bank if there is no consequence for always carrying it around?

Gaining interest on the money is the only thing that comes to mind

An interest rate is pointless on a game like this; could earn money normally much much faster. Interest rates are pretty low and slow.

+ people will probably spend it all fast anyways

I realize. The only situation I could see it working is if you were taking a break and wanted to keep earning money, if incrementally. Considering most people don't do that the idea doesn't have much hope

Giving interest is like giving people free Gralats, that's an issue with adding a new bank system. If we were to make one without interest it'd just be pointless.

Would be cool if you could store FURNITURE in there though because i'm tired of having to drop them all manually when I want to buy some others.

Is this what you are trying to explain?
With an actual Jail system this would be hilarious

An item is worth 1,000 gralats

The bank will only give me a loan of 2,500

I receive the 2,500 and buy the item I want

I have to pay 150% more than what I was loaned in less than a week: 3,750

I have 1,500 left over from the bank, and now I need 2,250 to complete the 3,750

I can pay the bank back on the same day and not get charged

Every day I don't pay, the interest rate is raised by 7.14%, until 7 days have passed

If I have not payed the bank within 7 days, I get jailed for 24 hours

I have to be on for those hours to complete

Once I am a free man, the bank's loan limit is dropped by 2,000: 500

And My gralats are at -(#of gralas I still owe the bank)

If your gralats are negative, you can't buy anything

Gain gralats until you are neutral

Every time I want to raise the loan limit, I have to ask for a loan, and pay that amount

The Bank will raise the limit x2 every time I pay my loan on time

Loan Max Limit 10,000

Now that would teach players to spend money wisely

Would be hilarious if there was an npc animation of the Graal City Guards dragging you to the police station for not paying on time.

If players were to drop gralats on death then the bank would be useful. Otherwise there's no need for it.

Stop with all your brilliant ideas, I don't have enough time to spread rep.

It's already annoying since they added in that you drop bombs and arrows when you die.
