VIP problems

Hi
I have some problems using my free VIP ticket.

I press subscribe and then ok, but when i have done that it still says: Currently not subscribed to VIP and a little under it says subscription ends in 23 days

HELP ?

You'll have to wait until 23 days, and then you can use your voucher

That is a lie.

Does it say you have 23 days? If so, no rush in activating the voucher, try going to Oasis and see if it lets you or check if you have the beaver morph.

If you have to "wait 23 days," it sounds like you already have a VIP subscription...
You're supposed to use the free ticket after your current subscription expires.
