Saddest Animes
 
I've been watching this anime that is really driving me up the wall with all the sad **** going on. The anime is called Gurren Lagann. I honest to god hate the person who wrote it. The first thing that made it sad was when he

killed off one of the main most likeable character named Kamina. I got so depressed from his death.
Later on a new character shows up named Nia. She becomes a very likeable character. However, after

Kamina's death
I decided to search what happens to her. To my surprise the writer

kills her off too! Right when her and Simon get married!
I can't bear to warch this anime anymore after finding this out. The writer took a perfectly good anime and made it sad. What's the saddest anime you've ever watched? Try to use the spoiler box so you don't give away spoilers to people watching that anime.

Lol the most disturbing anime episode was in a show called Fate Zero, you see the a crazy killer killed a boys mom and is about tokill him then a ghoul appears and pretends to free the boy, then he MAULS THE POOR KID I was like WTF?!

Toradora :D MY favorite. Show is perfect, despite the sorta non-climactic ending <3 and they recently released a new ova to go alongside the ben-to series, which brings me hope they'll have a 2nd season sometime ;-; Tons of sad scenes in this one, especially towards the later half the the 26 episodes.

Angel Beats This one is sorta silly to start off with, but can make you tear up towards the end D: I think it was the saddest one I've seen. :(

Ano no hana (Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai)

This one was sorta new and while I can't seem to recall why atm, I remember it had quite a few sad moments that really worked into a well made (and great looking) anime.

Other ones like Honey and Clover, Cowboy bebop, Mushishi, Wolf and Spice... are all very good as well :D

Zero No Tushikima (I don't know if the last word is speller correctly) Anyway, I don't know if they show it anymore. Its a comedy, but there are sad parts I cried to. Lol.

Sugar Chara Its also a comedy, but there is romance and some parts are sad. The girl goes to a school where there is a cute guy, and she has a crush on him. Somewhere along the episode she goes somewhere and meets up with another cute guy. She can chose one or the other and ends up with the one out of school.

Gurren Laggann is the best mecha anime ever made. Maybe if you actually watched what happened instead of googling it, you may have liked it better.

when ash died in pokemon the movie (the first one @ newfags) and the pokemans tears brought him back to life

I just didn't trust him. I'm probably going to finish it, but I didn't like the ending.

Yeah, I know what you mean. For me the saddest parts were when Itachi, Jeraiya, and Asuma got killed.
