Guild Picture Won't Upload
 

I've recently made a guild and it won't let me upload a logo. I made the logo and it's 500x500, but when I tried to upload it, a text box always appears saying "Sorry there was a problem with updating the guild logo"

Same with me on Andriod

I'm on android as well. Someone told me that they are having trouble uploading a head. Same reason maybe?

Maybe for Copyright, it has a bunch of watermarks.

I was changing all of the guild pics for Alumni's sub guilds earlier, the first 3 all worked fine and then the last one I got the same error as you, tried it about 5 times. Not sure.

ive had this issue once, but i was able to reselect the picture and it got to the pending stage.

the error im seeing is when I upload a picture, the picture that i JUST selected isnt the one that is shown, but the one I selected 2 times ago.

Example:
My guild picture was set to the default empty picture
I try uploading a picture of an apple
It gets accepted, i check my guild picture but it didnt change
A few days later i try uploading a banana guild picture
It gets accepted, but instead of being the banana, it is now the apple
I try uploading a Kiwi guild picture, but now it is the banana

(so basically whatever i upload is one behind what I actually uploaded)

I think this is a reoccurring problem for everyone on all devices. It happens to me on my iPod as well as Android.

To Get Around This Problem:
Upload again after error message.

The first time I tried to upload this, it got accepted. I changed it and wanted it back and now it gets denied every time lol.

It got approved about a week ago when I tried again
