Why is there no heads with hats?

I've been wondering this but it seem they don't like heads with hats.Why though I would like it a head with a hat=26-30k.And a normal head 20k.it would be nice to have that

"Heads" and "Hats" are separate attributes to a player; they shouldn't be merged into one.

Aw that would be pretty nice.you pay for the hats as well 25k for it,o and wdm I gave him my pcid on here won't it get my account stolen?

Nope, people can't steal your account just by learning your pcid.
