I'd like to know

Where all these admins are when so much hacking and glitching is going on at the bases. Legitimate players will start quitting if someone doesn't get these people under control. Reporting seems to do nothing

Because not all admins are PR or PRA. Some are in the Dev team and yet more. Plus 15-ish serving 900+ players?

BootySlayer 01-02-2012 07:53 PM

I was referring to PR/PRA. I should have been more specific

Thunderstorm 01-02-2012 07:56 PM

Well there not Superman. They can't catch everyone so just report them and see what happens. They are hiring more PRs so hopefully the number of people glitching and hacking will go down when they announce it.

BootySlayer 01-02-2012 08:01 PM

Don't have to be superman to see it happen. I base a lot and I see it a lot. I've been playing since January of '11 and I've only ever seen 3 admins and two of them kicked me. The other was snk who asked me if I needed anything :)

Thunderstorm 01-02-2012 08:08 PM

Glitching/Hackig doesn't just go on in your 'bases' it goes on in other places too. Staff are constantly busy dealing with useless PMs, problems, etc. They don't have the time to constantly keep an eye on bases. That's why the report button is there for. Use it.

Staff will check reported issues and will deal with it ASAP.

They are sitting in Starbucks, enjoying thems coffee while having a laptop infront of them. While that they check the PMs, reports and are laughing about reports.

Hmmm, I'd like to see the photo you took proving that...

On second thought, that was zrohh not snk but he did do my account transfer :)

umm BootySlayer maybe better if you take picture? and send it to snk? Than to report?

Do NOT pm staff if you see glitchers/hackers/etc. Report them.

Vman13x 01-03-2012 04:09 AM

Was this thread really necessary?

You know admins are busy, there not going to do every single thing that you want.

mr froggy 01-03-2012 05:25 AM

Hes got a point though, I know how it feels when your guild looses a fort from a hacker/glitcher after numerously reporting them for an hour.

To be honest, I'm taking the BootySlayer's and the Administrators' side.
For BootySlayer:
1. I've seen countless amount of times when a player is reported(PMed) and an admin doesn't solve the problem.
2. I have also seen *SOME* PR's just playing around (This is an example to many player that they want to be an administrator to horse around. That is why they wanted to be hired, not to help players like they are suppose to.)
For the Administrators' side:
1. Many administrators put countless hours into their work, so they are busy.
2. Administrators get spammed out the ass 24/7 from PM's mostly and they get annoyed so like Peter said, report them.
3. Whenever you report them, like a guy was harassing me,(I think, please excuse me if i get your temporary info wrong), a very kind temporary admin, Layerd, came to the rescue and helped a lot with my problem ( thank you for that :) ).

Resolution: I think if you just report the player, everything will turn out well, instead of PMing the administrator. :)
