iEra suck in my new opinnion.
 

Some days ago I whined about my broken iPhone and that I needed a transfer so I could enjoy the money I had spend on it;

Bboy was up for the challenge to get me this transfer, and it said in the thread, the iPhone is broken, and I sent it away; and didn't got it back.

After some days of waiting I PMed him some minutes ago;
When will I get my transfer?
The answer was only;
IPs don't match

Serious? It said in the thread that the IPs wouldn't match because it was gone, and then I get an answer like this.

I'm sorry, I don't hate you Bboy.

But if iEra can't quarantee that I can enjoy my 100$ I spend on that account, it won't look good in the future.

I am now thinking of quitting iEra (because it seems like they can't handle transfers), and go over to iClassic and spend my money there instead. They can atleast do a transfer. All credits to Scaal :blush:.

Stop complaining. Bboy gave you a legitament reason to why he couldn't do the transfer. Also if you think iclassic can handle transfers any better then have fun on iclassic. It took me 5 months to get one on there just to let you know :/.

They can do a transfer even if the IPs isn't the same.

Normal Player Relations do not transfer accounts when things do not match, such as IP address, email, game center identity. Now, keep in mind that the IP address is not the only factor that will reject the transfer. Say, IPs could be different, but if you had the same Game center identity and email then we can transfer it for you. Honestly, this is to protect your account from someone who wants to transfer your account into theirs (ie, stealing your account). As I said, if those criteria do not mach, we as PRs are not suppose to do the transfer.

If you do infact own the account, the only way would be to contact [email protected] or other global admins who can investigate further (ie supply proof of itunes purchase etc).

So you say if I get same Game Center on them both, it will success? Well, it may be hard to make that when I don't have my iPhone anymore :rolleyes:. I don't even know if I were logged in when it "went away".

How can a normal PR see my iTunes purschase?

Xor handled by iEra transfer but never did my transfer for iClassic.

? You left me speechless when I read this comment. Anyway, if you would really want your account transferred, I would follow the instructions at which Street provided. He works hard for the server, he knows his stuff. I give him brownie points for that.

Ip address should NOT be a dependent means of verification. Most Internet connections has dymampic IPs. Meaning your ip can change over time.

I will ask Bboy which IPs he see when he is checking.

Bboy (or any other PR) can only give your ip information on your current account unfortunately without verification that your past account was actually yours.. I would do what Street by contacting [email protected] with proof that you actually spent money on the account you claim is yours. Other than that, there is no way I can think that you will be successful in your quest of transferring accounts

Is admins allowed to check your IMEI-numbers? Because it's just one device that have these numbers, it's all unique.. :unsure:

When they check the IPs do they check it from the 3g or from the internet?

The IP address that will show up for us is the last IP that logged on, so if you were on 3G, 3G will show up. PR staff do not deal with billing issues, so we have no access to your purchase history etc. Again, [email protected].
