I can't connect to Classic
 
I was IP banned for 2200 hours for "hacking or cheating" but I sent in a ticket and the IP ban appeared to be removed. I could play fine for a few hours. But then I decided to go to sleep and in the morning I couldn't connect to the server at all. It says "connection error- You have been disconnected from the game server". It says this on all devices on my IP. I sent in 3 more tickets and toonslab keeps replying with "the account does not appear to be banned. If you are still banned, please check the ban id to make sure you gave us the correct ban id".

So, why can't I connect to the server? The only way I can connect is if I use Puffin which I think has some sort of proxy on it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but I still can't connect. This started happening on Saturday morning. If I am banned, why doesn't it just say so?

So yeah, is this normal when you're IP banned on Classic?

Try restarting your modem/router (while waiting for at least 10mins)?

You're not IP banned

I tried restarting the Internet box, but it still won't let me connect to Classic.

I've tried using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, but I can't connect to Classic on any of those browsers. Also, the main device I want to play on is my iPad.
All other Graal servers are working fine for me.

You could get a new IP, but that probably won't solve the issue if the ban has been removed, which it has according to what you said. The only advice I could give you is trying to log onto a different account(noob account, not someone else's) and seeing what happens then. Besides that im not sure, considering you have already done everything else I can think of. Did you restart it? Kidding, Good luck with your troubleshooting

Yeah, I have tried logging in on noob accounts and it says the same thing. I think they might've looked into the issue more and saw that I deserved the ban after all. I just wish I knew for sure though.

Yes, but it was just a speed hack. I didn't realise how long Classic bans could be.

I've waited 99 days and I still cannot log in. 99 days is 2376 hours and my original ban was 2200 hours. I sent in a ticket and again they reply with "the account does not appear to be banned. If you are still banned, please check the ban id to make sure you gave us the correct ban id".

It says the same thing that it said three months ago "connection error- you've been disconnected from the game server". I cannot change my IP address and I don't want to use a VPN.

Can somebody please help me? I've been waiting since September to play Classic.

Have you uninstalled the app and cleared the cache in your browsers?

Yes, I've done so multiple times. The only way I can connect is when I use Puffin Browser which has some sort of proxy on it.
