Ban System
 

Classic needs to require their staff to get evidence when banning a player. At the very least, this is professional. Graal hires players to voluntarily moderate their servers, so to trust them to ban players without any accountability for their actions is ridiculous. iZone requires evidence when disciplining players, and the system requires their staff to prove their bans are valid. It's absurd to pretend like the volunteer staff can be trusted, because every server has had multiple staff that have been caught being corrupted and breaking rules. iEra does not require evidence for their jailings, and when I was hired, I was shocked. I thought that I was literally able to jail anyone I want for whatever reason I want, and I wouldn't get caught. It also made me wonder if other staff actually do that. That wouldn't be an issue if they required evidence for their bans. I bring this up because I was wrongly banned for "Hacking" when I was doing nothing of the sorts, and when told to send a ticket to toonslab, it's a waste of time, because they don't require evidence, so they don't know if your ban should be overturned or not. They simply look at your history, or the ban category/how much time is left and decide- they might as well just ask a magic 8 ball if they should unban you. Anyways, that's only my reason for bringing an idea up that would make Classic more professional, and the staff more accountable.

I agree, however iZone is a very different server to iClassic
(nobody plays it :L) and although bans are usually for valid reasons there have been cases where bans or the warning before a ban have been absurd and incorrect.
For example I was warned last week for standing in the middle of an argument below battle arena as the 2-3 people arguing were extremely racist and sexist language, I felt as if the staff member who I got this warning off of was to lazy to watch it for a bit and just issued anyone in the vicinity with a warning and warped them to random locations.

Evidence is required and in the absence of evidence a ban is always overturned via the support center. The administration of the server are not eager to ban people or to keep people banned if they haven't done anything. All ban histories, warnings, chat resets, etc are logged so the support works in the favor of those who are innocent.

Yet my ban appeal wasn't overturned. And I have been a staff, so I understand the system, the rules, and how they work. I can undoubtedly say I didn't hack or cheat, yet my ban wasn't overturned. I don't know what reasons there would be for that. I was banned for hacking when there's no possible way anyone could even misconstrude me hacking. My history isn't great, because I had a lot of bans, but in the past 1-2 years, haven't had any, and I feel like that's the main thing they're looking at.

Question: When getting banned from uploading custom images, is it permanent or just temporary?

temporary, though I don't know if classic has a permanent ban option, I'd highly doubt it, and if so, would only be used if someone continued breaking the upload rules constantly

I don't mean to sound mean, but you're ignorant to this situation, so please don't act like you know what happened...
There is no evidence that I hacked. I get that the staff get these types of situations a lot, and the players are usually wrong. But I am sensible. I was staff on iZone and iEra, I know what I'm doing at all times. That's why I am trying so hard to fix this, because it's absurd and false.

Upload bans are permanent lol

No they aren't. Uploaded my glassware shield (attached) and got a ban for it. I successfully uploaded a custom head later that month.

There is a small possibility that she/he may have warned you by accident, It happens most of the time, but a Warning can let you go.
