Actually if you think about it it does. Everyone's saying your name for admin and if an admin see's that then they most likely would probably find your application and look over it.

Actually when staff sees that, it gives you a less chance of being hired, also goes along with pming them about it.

Well if you want to know a funny story, I know the way they usually hire people and making threads like this is usually a no no for deputies as they prefer seeing patience and maturity.
I've seen people get hired and fired so I sorta know the way it goes. Admins are often more quiet types
