I saw jay and minky doing cross trades with items and gang anarchy. I have prove i took screenshots. Admins ban them permanety. Jay said to minky to sell mounts of anarchy. So ban them.

You can't permanently ban someone. Also idk if I'm blind or something, but I can't see anything wrong with this..

In the future, if you need to report someone/something please do so in-game or to the official GraalOnline Support Page.

Jay isn't doing anything wrong as they are spare mounts, however he changed his mind and will give the spare ones to 2 friends.

Besides, admins aren't involved into trading activities especially not if you do it like this. It is the players own risks. Just report them next time if multicrossed.

Trading items in exchange for items from other servers is not allowed - that is cross server trading; however, the pictures that you've included are not solid evidence.

Furthermore, for the mounts - it's also against the rules to sell it for BBC. Conn0r told me that selling gang hat spots is not allowed, so i'm assuming it goes for the other gang rewards as well.

Next time, report them and a member of staff will deal with it accordingly. Thank you.

Taking this a little too serious? After all he's just trading mount spots for items it's not a huge deal lol. He's not affecting you in anyway... And if you based for him and you don't get a mount that's on u plus does it really matter that you don't get a mount on a game

You need to put a comma after the word, "No," because try saying it in real life. You will pause a little bit after saying it. Also took "but" out because it was unnecessary.

I also took, "And," out of your original post because that's a conjunction; you never put a conjunction at the beginning of a sentence. You also got "there," and "their", mixed up. Let me give you a brief example of them both.
