So I'm on graalians and I see a new user whose name is similar to there's of graal online classic. I clicked on it, and it said I don't have permission to access it. I tried typing in a different fourm, and it worked which means I'm not banned. So why can't I view the users profile?

You can't view profiles of user accounts that haven't been approved yet.
