Recruiting for Flip
 

Right, let's get straight to the point. I've got quite a few leads and they are loyal but what i'm looking for are experienced players to guide us to a potential 1k. I would be happy with 100hrs but just pm me in game (Zeus(Flip)) if you want to join.

I'm doing this purely because recruiting at Graal City and MoD is turning out fruitless.

Really don't want to offend here, but you're looking for experienced players yet your playercard doesn't show much experience.

I know I don't have that much experience and that's the sort if dilemma I'm having. It's also the reason I'm looking for experienced leads/players to be the driving force of the guild and almost teaching me the art? If that's a suitable word

Give it a shot, but if it proves too difficult, don't get frustrated. Personally I would recommend gaining a significant amount of experience by joining guilds , then learning to lead, then leading in guilds, then eventually lead your own.

But hey, therr have been people who came from nothing and lead guilds with no previous experience, it's rare but maybe you'll be one of them.

Statistical numbers do not determines the players knowledge or skills.
