Learn to program. After you master that you can learn to exploit compiler bugs and bad designs

Learning to hack is learning to exploit programs. To do that, you need to know how to program. Depending on what you want to do, chances are you need to learn how machine code works and how it's processed in your processor.

Here's a great book that I've studied to guide me into the field of exploitation / penetration testing. You can start reading this once you have some insight as to how to program C or C++.

Also, don't think that hacking is so easy. It takes a while for people to gain these sort of skills, and many years of experience. Take your time, and only use these skills for good purposes.
