Guns?
 

So I came back and tried Zone again after something happen with my acc on Era(Long story). Despite the low playercount, I find Zone somewhat to be ok. Not great but not too bad as I deemed it would be. However, the last I fully played Zone was back in summer of 2014 where the Rippers were OP as hell. I checked on it again for a little when Skyworld had the little islands but did not like it at all. I come back and see all these new guns that it have me confused now. What are some of the good PK/Showdown guns now? I know it's not the Rippers as they fire way too slow now and it's not worth the price. Any tips and suggestions?

Think the only forumers that still play it is Magnsi and Skt. Could be wrong though. Server has potential and really the only one I can play since Ol'West screwed up imo. Just need to know the current meta since Cookie reduced ROF on Rippers even more.

Played zone for like, 5 minutes and got bored due to the same control scheme of era.

oh shet u haz no idea how much fun it is (at least 1 year ago when the game actually had good income rates on jobs and when they didnt change the map every 2 weeks) i mean, i have 4 pages of hats

Hmm so after doing some observation in Showdown and bases, I see people tend to use the Easter Rifle, Stingray, Whisperwind, Chaingun and Alien Pistol the most. Rippers seem to have lost their touch really badly. Too much of a nerf as they feel useless with the even slower fire rate. Seems like I have to save up. Goodie.

The most sought after gun is probably the Pez Rifle.

Seeing that the pay that jobs give nowadays are kinda low compared to 2 years ago, I suggest saving Graaliums for trading, preferably from missions.

Yeah I realized that after seeing the nerf in the payout of recycling. Still not bad though as I have about 13k. I don't really have time to be doing jobs all day so I try about 2k-4k a day :P.

did some digging around for ya m80. It seems izone has turned into a dump since i left. The guns have hit timers on them of .5 seconds now so your spammy guns are going to be ineffective as you can just eat bullets all day. Theres 0 point of playing this server now for PK. If you want PK go to ol west. Thats the last best hope. If you are going to stick with izone then get a gun that shoots anything less that 1 shot every .5 seconds. Really theres 0 point in complaining about ripper nerfs if the ROF is lowered, won't mean nothing.

Is that so. Wow that kinda takes the fun away from the server. Yeah I see it won't mean nothing..Literally just sold them for some ZC as they are bad. No point in complaining. I would with Ol'West but with people using melees over guns and most of the action being inside bases with melees, it makes PK there boring as well. Not to mention the nerfs on the jobs that made getting gralats grindy and tiresome. Guess I'll just get used to this until I can play Era again.
