Heeellllooooo everyoneeee!

I work as a telephone surveyor and one of our many questions to ask people over the phone is.. "In general, are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the United States at this time?"
For the few months I've worked here, I have yet to hear one person say "satisfied."

What would you answer?
Why?

Keep in mind that I am required 20+ hours a week of work, and required 60+ dials/hour (or a minimum of 6 completed surveys per hour) so in the few months I've worked here and no one saying satisfied, that's quite a bit of people.

Well lets be real here.

Right now everyone should be happy they're even alive considering all the **** that's going on in the world.

But despite that I can understand the trouble some people are having and they have every right to voice their complaints.

No place is perfect and really, everyone just wants their lives to get better.

I am totally satisfied with the US. Is there some stuff that bothers me about it? Yes, but nothing bad enough that makes me unhappy living here. I'd rather live in the States than any other country in the world.

However I am a white, straight, middle class, law abiding, christian male. So there is a huge bias here.

I am pretty unsatisfied for a multitude of reasons. Number one being that someone so psychotic/sociopathic is allowed to run for president. This person is also extremely racist, xenophobic, mysogonistic, islamophobic, and homophobic.
There's actually a lot of racism in America in general, but I could list things for days.
Another reason is the exceedingly high amount of stupid people in this country.
Overall, I give it a -5/7.
However, I am a mixed, bisexual, middle class, law abiding, athiest female. So there is a huge bias here.

Trump is just one guy. And it's not guaranteed he'll become president.
Why do people make such a fuss

Sounds like A **** JOB

Being that I get paid $13/hr to basically tap enter on a keyboard for a few hours a day, plus extra $$ for surveys over quota, I'm quite happy with it.
I make my own schedule, too :3

I'm a white, gay, middle class, non-law abiding, atheist male and I feel the same way

There are people that actaully want to vote for Donald Trump.

I don't have many complaints, although I do think it's time we caught up to speed with the rest of the world on health care policies and had more affordable college admission. Politically, I'd like to be putting ourselves first more when it comes to foreign affairs. If it does not serve the interest of our country in one way or another, we don't need to inherit the full responsibility.

The only country I'd rather be in is Canada, so I'm fine.

Mangsi 12-23-2015 01:32 AM

I don't feel safe in my own country. Sure, I'm white, and law abiding, but I'm also transgender, bisexual, and we've just barely gotten gay rights. And think of all the LGBT murders in the US alone. I can't feel safe being myself knowing that they're doing little to nothing to stop hate crimes here. What if a republican gets voted in? And all of us minorities get our rights taken away because of right wing views? I'm no Christian, I don't believe in god, I've already been kicked out of a Christian school because I'm transgender, and no republican will be on my side. How can I be happy with these things alone happening here.

Everyone should be allowed to run for president, regardless of their views. If the majority of American voters do not like the candidate, chances are that the electoral college will weed out the primary.

As for my satisfaction, I'm pretty happy right now. As long as the government continues to do what voters want it to do, I'm happy.

I'm pretty much the same in regard to how I feel about the US.

Can we resurrect adolf hitler so he can run alongside his brother?
