I just bought VIP, but I didnt got current VIP item.. It says I deactivated it, but I didnt do it :(

I suggest writing a ticket to support.toonslab.com to speak with a high staff about fixing your problem. But I think you may of just not seen it in your inventory.

It keeps happening automatically and randomly so this is a bug which should get some attention rather quickly (gamebreaking)

VIP is automatically unsubscribed because in the past there were complaints about being automatically billed again at the end of the subscribed period. nothing is broken and it is not game breaking. you still get the VIP benefits through out the rest of the subscription period you paid for including new VIP items released in that time.

What is the current vip item, because i didnt recieve anything from the current vip

Okay I know what was the problem! I had the item all the time, but I didnt saw it at inventory, and when i tried typing "icicles" it didnt show up because its "icecicles" xD

Yeah slick made the icicles gun.
