Didnt get gralats.
 
I bought a gralat pack today and i didn't get my gralats! I contacted every single admin online but they all specialize only in graphics and gani. And once i found a zp none of them ever reply. I sent a toonslab ticket and theres been no reply after about three hours. I haven't gotten my receipt either but i do know i actually bought the "gralats" because at first i had 15 credits, now i have 11.74. I also know its confirmed because after i "bought" the gralats a popup said "Thank you, you have now received 8000 gralats" or something like that. Can anybody help?

The thing is i don't have a receipt and i haven't got one after all these hours of waiting and checking. And i don't think i get receipts when it comes to in app purchases because i get all my receipts when i download games and i haven't gotten a receipt for my in app purchase yet. Someone told me there's a log that shows all the people who bought packs in order IS THAT TRUE? it would help a lot if it was.

just found my evidence :) I'm really glad I found it but now all I have to do is wait for a reply asking me "can you show me your evidence?" (i didn't show it in my first message)but that might take tens of hours, weeks maybe (my past experience). Oh and also will anyone like to tell me how to reply to a reply from toonslab? It seems like every conversation is ended as I wait and then pretty much quit when I reply

just look up your ticket at support.toonslab.com and reply to the same ticket with your evidence.

It says the ticket is responded but i dont see a response nor do i see my gralats (not to sound super greedy)

Nvm just realized i was the one who responded. I'll wait another five days i guess.

okay I don't think it would count as "responded" if I just add something to my ticket I looked again, no response. Toonslab is really difficult to use even if it's pretty straight forward. There's about 4 different reply options I believe and I don't know which one is the one to use where an admin can actually see it.

yea it counts it as responded if you reply to your same ticket but it appears for us until we move it ourselves

wait if there are more than one person looking at the ticket's status that should mean they're probably going to ignore that ticket because they'll think another person is handling the problem. Or is there only one.

Once we're done with a ticket we move it to a resolved section, so as long as it's an open ticket for us, we know it's not resolved. We also can quick-see the last message so we can see if someone else is handling it. But for certain things like gralat packs, only certain people are able to handle that.

ok this has been going on for almost week!!! after all these days there still has never been a reply. I know the person who checks the tickets has a life and all but this is getting ridiculous someone else has the same issue too I don't think anyone has legitimately have their problem solved from toonslab. There has to be some other way

I'm sorry about this inconvience. Please reply to your ticket with your receipt for your latest purchase, in addition to the previous one and I will make sure it gets resolved today.
