Help Book Update

Could we have the help book updated, because it's outdated as there has been quite the few jobs added, and they're not shown on "jobs" on the help book.

This is for a developer or someone to see as only they can do something about it, thanks. This would help beginners get used to and not only know what there is in-game. :'(

I've updated the "Jobs" title and changed it to "Jobs &Skills!" With some basic information on skills.

I'll be looking into the other thins some point tomorrow because I have exams today.

Currently updated it again and added "Gang Rewards."
