This my sound very out there, but Chess sounds cool on graal
 

Alright, so I've been playing for a while now and this just came to mind the other day, we should add chess to graal!

I know how out there that seems but its a pretty good idea. All you need to do in program a small chess game with the pieces and sell the board as furniture. People buy it and when two people grab it, it can start a game of chess!

I think this isn't just about chess though its also about the whole concept of things. People always talk about how graal is boring and maybe chess could teach a few people how to play the game, along with entertain others! It also might spark something in admins and the community to want more games! Like tennis or something like that nature, graal could be so much fun and have tons of more things to do


If you really think about its, an entire game was made where you can shoot up tons of cops, steal cars, drive jets, play tennis, talk to others around the world, do missions, arm wrestle, and much more (GTA V btw) why can't graal have a small chess game or other fun games!

I like the idea. I was thinking there could be a game building somewhere in graal, with game tables already set up inside. You sit down across from someone and play the game at the table, whether it be chess, checkers, connect 4, mancala, etc. There could also be leaderboards inside the building or in the new scoreboard system that was just released for people who are into that sort of thing. Just adds a little bit of competitiveness for activities other than killing.

I was totally thinking about that as well! That's an amazing idea. I would also like to buy them too, like don't you think it may get crowded if it was just one building?

We wanted to do this 2-ish years ago but were told to 'focus on things related to Graal' since they have a chess app out or something lol. I still think it would be cool though.

Maybe this could be an activity like archery, by on another area of the map to draw traffic. You could also have a chess board item that you can invite a player to play chess you in a gui though.

Thats sounds like a great idea! I hope admins think add something like that someday.

Instead of programming the chess game, maybe just draw the chess board, and pieces and sell it as a furniture bundle? After that, add a house functionality where it allows a specific visitor to control the chess pieces like it's a furniture in their house?

Tried it, Its hard to do it all and still keep people interested in the end. Its also not just about chess, its about the whole concept of adding more fun games to the Graal.

Is it possible to also make it an interactive item as well? Kinda like how rock paper scissors works.

Or you can buy the board somewhere, and find the prices as loot or somthing
