How to unlock Iphone 5s?

I've had an AT&T Iphone 5s laying around for quite sometime now, and I'm planning to sell it. I've heard that it's easier to sell, if you have unlocked it (so it's not locked any specific carrier) Do any of you know how to unlock it? I can't use the AT&T unlock thing, because I do not have a Social Security number anymore, due to me moving to Sweden!
