Missing Gralat pack: How long until it gets resolved?
My apologies if this might look like a rant thread. This sunday I bought a gralat pack(8000 one) and right after the message: "Payment successful" I accidentally closed the app. When I came back, I saw that I did not get the gralat that I bought. Yes it's my fault but I rarely buy gralat packs so I did not know that a bug like thst can happen. I tried to report the issue to toonslab and emailed classic as well right after I saw the sticky thread: Missing gralat pack. Toonslab replied with: Please forward/attach the receipt thingy. It did not helped me at all. So any tips on resolnibg this? I appreciate any help. Ps sorry for my grammar

Do you have the receipt for the purchase and did you submit it to your support ticket?

The email that your itunes/google play (or whatever you used to buy the gralats) is connected to will get a receipt after any purchase, find it and attach it to your ticket like they asked, and they should fix it for you.
Since we are already on this topic, if you get really unlucky you somehow won't get a receipt, even if money is removed from your acc. This has happened to me twice before, wasting $10 each time with nothing I could do about it :( |
Send in the gralat pack which you can see in your payment of your email, or your credit card.
I don't know but I think you can contact your bank or credit card (insert right word) and let them get you a copy of the receipt, if you're a kid like me I would mostly just ask my mom to get a refund it's easier and save more time about complaining. I mostly had problems with purchases either getting multiple purchases (before I had a very big bug which caused my mom tons of ****load money.) but we've gotten a refund by contacting apple, or did my mom contact the bank I don't know but her bank account was like bankrupted status at that point but I didn't know what happened. SOOO I suggest doing what my mom did would take 2 days but I prefer talking to apple or someone, not just toonslab trust me It was faster. - edit: that's why my mom suggested me on buying iTunes card on my own apple account. |
I have the receipt and I submitted it to support ticket(by copy pasting) :c. Do I have to do something else aside from just copy pasting the receipt?

Same happened to me with 27500 Gralat pack . Simply ask iTunes for a refund saying you did not get the purchased item and they will refund the money in your iTunes account . Hope it helped
