Remeber that old circus tent were an old man sell ballons?[Ihttp://i66.tinypic.com/293hqae.png i have some ideas. Why not opening the tent and then making some NPC's there and also put some furniture to buy and some NPC's selling food like popcorn . Also make mount and hats shops there too. Or a balloon bomb . What's your ideas?

Make it a clown murder house or maybe a baby murder house or a hidden drug exchange

Good idea that way we can continuously buy popcorn. Better yet if they cant put it IN the tent, set up a stand next to it

Maybe the circus could be those kinda things that would open up annually like nexus

Or its just there for nothing....like 95% of the other buildings.

It's already an underground sweat shop where they kidnap the babies to make 'balloons.'

I was thinking for each big holiday the tent could turn into some sort of special building. For Halloween it could be some sort of spooky haunted house maze, with randomized rooms possibly. For Valentine's day it could be a match-making building with a questionnaire that'll match you with someone who answers similarly to you. Haven't thought of ideas for other holidays yet.

This was my thought too, except I definitely think it helps keep a nice level of excitement and immersion about the game.
