I tried to submit a ticket yesterday about making a purchase of a $9.99 gralat pack that didn't go through. I did it again and it went through however according to my account I was charged twice but received one pack. I attempted to submit a ticket (only used toonslab once ever) and it says "blocked sender"?

I hope the site was down OR my e-mail was somehow blocked in error otherwise pass the word to unix, it's on like donkey kong. =)

or you can always contact Apple for a refund

Resolution can be just giving gralat pack I purchased, I don't need a refund.

AND

Explanation of what "blocked sender" on toonslab means. If it means I was blocked there is no good explanation unless it was somehow blocked in error by whoever checked my one and only ticket ever submitted.

I like this method better tbh. Response is faster since it's not just one person checking tickets, and there's no need to forward any receipts. Once you get the money back you can just rebuy the gralat pack.

idk about google, but apple's latest refund system is crap. it seems simple & better but it resolves nothing.
u have to get a receipt, click the report the problem, select the matching category and write a paragraph.
it's slow (took 2 weeks) or they will just never get back to you (if ur reason isn't eligible to refund).

the previous version apple had,
you had to go to their website and insert all your info, receipt #s and the reason.
THEN it created a log. took only 3 days to respond and gave back ur credit almost guaranteed.


Toonslab support is great, but they should write their name at the end. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I think your best bet for refunds would be going through apple or android support, depending on which one you use. Then you can just repurchase the gralat packs after.

Or if you have another e-mail account just send a ticket with that one.

This might save you some time - If you're trying to trick them into thinking you've bought one, even though you haven't just to get free gralats, let me tell you that they're not idiots and it will NOT work. I have tried it myself in my younger years when I was in desperate need of gralats so I could buy a pixel hat that would make me cool. B)

No biggie.

this happened to me when I used to play Zone, PMed Tashkin, and he resolved the issue efficiently and fast, received my pack within like an hour.

was pleasantly surprised to say the least.

I can't submit a ticket since I have an issue with the ban timer not decreasing when not on the app. It keeps saying in red bar highlight:

Ticket could not be added - blocked sender provided.
