Question about getting gralats $$$
 

What's better way to get gralats: looting or farming with mount in swamp town?

Personally I do all of them except the farming.
Looting is reallly good, easy, but takes too long in my opinion.
Bee catching is efficient, Im not sure if they still are but they sell for a very good price, aswell as mantis.
And pyrat quest is always good if you do it everyday.

I do pyrat quest everyday. Few days ago I saw player that got over 12k by farming in one day, he had 2p mount.

are you saving up for something?

personally, i enjoy looting. i got 3 turtles, 2 maps and about 3000 gralats today from looting. house farming is another option (got 2000 from farming today.) there are many more ways to get gralats but hey, just do whatever you find fun!

I just want to have some gralats with me. Chinese new year and vday soon, so I need some gralats :)

Off topic: Pyrat quest would be a lot easier if the rooms were bigger so everybody isn't cramped. I rarely make gralats anymore because of how much people there are at the Pyrat bay

do pyrats daily, otherwise do whatever else is fun to you for making gralats at the time. If you farm every day you'll hate it really fast

During spring and summer I can easily get 10k a day by catching bugs in York and mod. You just have to focus one on type

The price of the bee was dropped to 16 gralats, so it really isn't as good anymore. Sadly bug's aren't around yet either. So if you are looking for extreme efficiency go with farming at an hour location, or somewhere private. Using bombs with the 2p mount is best, but not the only way. You can just swing and then pick them up, it really isn't all that much slower. If you're using pc you can starfe in a way that allows the gralats to fall right to you, pretty handy.

But looting is the best option in my opinion, since you can also get furniture and hats for doing it. But if you know you'll have the stamina for it, farming all the way.

And yeah, pyrat quest is the most efficient way to make money by a long shot.

Is the looting to get that amount in 1 hour or 6 hours? Same question for the house farming.

-Pyrats are obviously fastest. 1,000g in 10-15 minutes.
-Farming isnt as slow as people think. If you have a 2p mount and a guild house farm, 99 bombs will get you ~1,000g, 20-30 minutes if youre committed.
-Its difficult to give looting an average rate. The amount of spawns you get is variable; loot items can range from 5g to 150g; running around the map to sell your stuff eats some time.

Looting easily

Depends on what you get. it takes longer but sell loot to NPCs individually.
(especially if you have 100+ loots)

farming is easy but you need patience. it will take you some time to get gralats and lock 'em, here's my farm:

The whole idea of what gralat farming is the best one is a hard one, of course with each of them, they have their negatives.

While pyrat quest gets 1000 gralats in about 10 minutes, you'll have to deal with numerous players, and you can only do it once a day.

Looting is fairly easy to get loot from, and you wont have to battle oth players, but it is very time consuming if you want to sell loot for the highest prices.

Farming can take time and can get boring after awhile, but you could be getting 3000-4000 in a few hours with this technique.

Bug catching can be hard, as much of the time will be spent battling other players for one bug. If you want money from it, build up more bugs before selling. Also bug catching is not possible in the winter and bugs vary on the season.
