Guns with effects (burn, poison, confusion etc)
 
So these are probably the hardest guns to balance out. I'd like to know what yalls views on these kinds of guns are, as a whole and individually

I like it but we should never add MORE. Only one gun should have a certain effect, for example, the goonaider should be the only gun with a poison effect.

A few guns with the burn effect is okay but that's obviously because it's not that bad.

The freeze effect is also not that bad too, speaking of freeze what happened to the ice cannon .-.

If any more guns that have effects are added they should be non tradeable

I think we need more effects. They don't need to be balanced, they should be an extra, an advantage if used correctly.

Burn is not bad but can quickly get out of hand if buffed too much, but with 100hp itll be MUCH easier to work with burn dmg. I only had two more burn dmg guns planned, one to rival the soulburn and a high dmg low rof one.

Freeze is one that is a major issue, the time you spent frozen is too high and means certain death, which might be fixable tho. Ice cannon was disabled because the freeze issue plus a massive blast range made it beyond broken.

Poison isnt that bad except for the goonadier, 25 seconds is way too lonf to be slowed down, 7-10 like the other poison guns would be more fair.

And yeah, id likr more effects but they should solely be support guns

Yeah i agree, and to add to this, i wanted to create another heal staff thingy that clears effects off instead of heals hp

i think the lone dual should have a spin effect but something that does like a constant 2 dmg.

or maybe have a gun that does like 11 dmg, but for every shot you lose like 2 hp.

^honestly that would be cool if we could use the stationary turrets on the map. those things would have tons of kick, hence damage lost.

What we need for bases are turrets, like Skt said, with kickback damage, mortars, missile strikes, and anything else that makes basing on Zone feel like battleship. Maybe even power ups and stuff that drop in those crates.

That is, if we're going for long range battles instead of short range.

Idk, if we were to add turrets and stuff, it wouldnt be for the bases we currently have. Crate powers are a possibility
