2 Things that happened.
So I have recently fallen into depression. I know OG has posted something about this but this is different. My room mate who was like a brother to me died recently. This hit me bad as I was in the house when he shot himself. This is hard for me to get over as I am in shock. Another reason is my Grandpa. I was next to him when he told me he wasn't feeling well, and told me to call an ambulance. He started turning blue due to loss of oxygen. I had no time for an ambulance. We got in my car and drove to the hospital. Once in the ER I almost punched the man waiting on us as he wouldn't let us through. My Grandpa was legally dead for 5 minutes. The doctors brought him back to life and I never left his side that week.
Do any of you know anything to help my depression? If you do please tell me as I am not doing well now. |
It would be best to talk to a physician about your depression.
If you don't feel up to that, ask your family or friends for help, the worst thing to do is stay bottled up. You did the best that you could do in both situations, and definitely don't blame yourself for anything that happened. Hope this helps! |
I think u need to talk about this with a close friend or someone your close with in the family.

A pet is a very good idea specifically a dog, mine has taken me off the thoughts of bad things what have happened and its as if they can understand your feelings, they can cheer you up when you need it most.
Try and have more time with her, take her out for long walks perhaps once a week, more if possible. Oh, and watch more cute cat videos, always seem to put a smile on your face. |
Slime Ranchers is a game.
I kid you not, that **** works better than any medicine or counselling you can get. Read the reviews on steam n ****. Always makes me happy |
It's hard to accept some things no matter how much effort you put in, accepting that fact is one step however.
