Graal "Not Responding"

Everytime I try to get on the Playerworlds client, it always seems to crash within a few seconds. I have tried deleting everything and reinstalling several times. Does anyone know why it isn't running? Thanks.

Windows 10, same thing happens to me, cant load graal half the time and i cant open level editor

try to turn off OpenGL graphics in settings and see if it still happens
