Two Accounts x.x
 

In 2009 I made an account on my iPod 1st gen
In 2011 I made a new account on my iPod 4
When identification came out I identified them both with different emails
I really wanted these accounts combined for the past 3/4 years

if you had tried before like 2013 or so it might have been possible

now its probably not happening

still try sending in a ticket with as much information as you can possibly give if you haven't already

i dont know if it would help your case but you could add the ip you are on for both accounts
