Random chat function
 

Since classic and pretty all of graal in general has shifted toward being a primarily social based game, socializing should be of heavy concern in development. I propose an optional "chat button" (Like the chat/guild chat) that is enabled by option in the menu that, upon tapping, directs a pm to a random online player. Players who do not wish to receive any random messages simply disable the same option that enables the random chat button.

This would initiate conversation with random people who also chose to enable the random chat, and it would decrease boredom for a lot of players who don't have any friends online.

Yes, it can certainly bring up some traumatizing memories can't it :(.

On a serious note, this feature is a double edged sword, as pointed out above, players are susceptible to random, unwanted, spam messages. Although it'd be able to be turned off as OP said.
I'm sure some players would be interested in trialling it!

A chat function based on the idea of posting random messages to random people? Have you ever taken a look at what people on the internet post while under the guise of anonymity? The posts above seem to sum up the kind of messages you could expect. Regardless if you are able to opt out, it still sounds like a bad idea.

Bruh, do you read? I said you can disable this in the option menu. When you disable random chat, it prevents you from both receiving and sending random chat messages.

Tried omegle.
Was horrible

I once met the founder of Omegle. He talked about adding webcam functionality using something built for some Adobe product (Flash? not 100%), and also about how he was contacted by DHS about records retention.

Meanwhile, it's hard to get anyone to talk to you on Omegle unless you pretend to be a tweenage girl, and what ensues is worse than not talking at all.

I actually met this girl (or so I think) that was my age, and she (or so I think) lived less than 2 hours away from me. I asked for her (or so I think) number or something but it must have been wrong because no one responded, and by then the conversation was deleted. That made me sad because whoever the hell that was, she was really nice.

For all I know she was probably a middle aged ********* or some shet.
