Okay so i'll go straight to the point ; When i try to access toonslab website (where we submit tickets) , it asks for a username AND a password.Can't access the website otherwise...is that normal?

Nope, looks like there's an issue with the site. I'm getting the same.

All the ban tickets broke it

The support system got hacked and all accounts that signed up for the support system also got breached (with username, email and potentially PW for whatever you signed up for at toonslab support). Not sure why people arent making this a bigger deal of this but YOLO.

So basically there is no support system to submit tickets at this moment I think ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Submit tickets at [email protected] since Toonslab was breached. Also if you registered with Toonslab, make sure to change your password if you use the same one on your Classic account.

you can password lock your iclassic account?

yes, change the password of anything where you use the same password as was used on toonslab

I figured he meant if you used the same password with toonslab as you have set for your email that is used to identify your classic account.

Either way, change your passwords.

ya that was what i figured and the point i was trying to get across

also just a suggestion, if you need to make sure your new passwords are strong post them here or pm me them and i will judge
