Can anyone help me please,I log on my acc on grasp and it say anything about tool hack and go to support,I go to support and it need a name and password,what name and what password?

Go to http://support.toonslab.com and enter email. It will send a verification email to your mailbox, then press the link. After you do that, press file request and choose server. You will be able to contact them from there.
