How can you tell whos an admin and who isnt?. Ive seen admins have a * by their names but anyone can put that in their name. So what identifies admins?

On a serious note, it's nothing for a reason - you need to use the feedback/reporting system for any issues/inquiries rather than PMs

Don't expect them to personally help you.

They have a orange indicator, they usually have low stats and they have (admin) after they're nickname.

I didn't ask for any admin to help me. I asked what identifies the difference between admins and players. i asked people ingame and they all said idk so i went here.
I asked what identifies admins, not how to contact them.

You will see them in the guild (Admin). However this isn't a guild you can search.

If the person is corrupted, he's an admin.

The players that send messages that queue players for events are admins. Problem solved?

I've seen event messages set to off by default for some reason, and it's likely he's never seen or understood what one is. Not really a stupid question for a new player.

How to tell if someone's an admin: curse them out in PMs, wait a minute, and see if you get banned. If you don't get banned, they aren't an admin. If you do get banned, they either are an admin, or they reported you. You'll have to repeat this process many times to narrow down the list of potential admins.
