What if I make an ios graal server and it makes a bunch of money off of iTunes and is in the top charts. Not only that, the game has thousands of players and the app costs 5.99.

So..im the owner of the server and unixmad or whatever takes no part in the server. Will I get sued for making 10x more money than unixmad.

If you use any Graal assets, or the name "Graal" itself, then you could and probably will face legal trouble.

I'm not sure of the details with Apple's process, but I'm pretty sure that Apple alone is pretty rigorous with their testing and investigation, and would most likely catch the copyright infringement far before you get approved to be on the Apple store.

Uhh.. ? If you make an ios GRAAL server.. you wouldnt make 10x's more money than unixmad. Fact being that unixmad would collect ALL of the money from your server and if youre lucky enough hell pay you a tiny bit of whats made.

Why doesn't graal costs money to download in general, less 9yo kids...

Graal costs money = less nine year olds = less nine year olds getting angry when they have to work to get gralats = less nine year olds buying Google Play/iTunes giftcards and buying money = less moola

unixmad and his "team of global lawyers" will see you in court for even thinking about dreaming about doing this.

You can't make an iOS Graal Server without the official iOS Graal Client, so no, you won't be able to make any profit

If you do what Graal did to Zelda then you will be alright.
