Internal RC Question
 

Just wondering: I haven't bought a server yet, but when I do will I be able to start working on it from the internal remote control? Will it come with a name for me to connect to it? The external remote control isn't working for me.

Yes, if you click F6, it will open up a client RC. And why isn't your external working?

My external RC tells me I have the wrong password when I try to login. I definitely have the right password. Btw, I'm on a trial account right now. (Don't know if that affects anything)

It shouldn't affect you. Use your GraalID and make sure the password is correct.

I've tried that :/ Also when I try to login to graalonline.com it says incorrect password... Does that happen to you?

Maybe.. You have the wrong password? You can never be too sure.

I'm pretty sure I'm using the right password. I'll change it and see what happens

I just changed it. Invalid password. Can't login to graalonline or RC.

Finally, everything is working!
