Ideas for the new and improved Zone
 

Hey guys,
So since the last thread about this Titel turned into a rant thread. How about a thread with constructive ideas and feedback to return zones glory. The more details you put in, the better it is. I already thank everyone who puts valuable time into this! Zonian staff members will read this thread. Don't worry about that ^_^

The thing is, Zone iPhone never had its "glory". Codein did a pretty good job at the beginning, but it was way too short. Matt pretty much ****ed it up and left it being a really nice chaos, which Tashkin did sorted out but messed up a lot of things at the end. Therefor, your thread isn't going anywhere.

Anyways, Zone needs to go into a Combat/PK-server and nothing else. Maybe have it be a PvE server, instead of a PvP. That would be neat if it works out.

Give the manager position to someone who has actually been working for it for years now?

I just have a tip, its just to go beyond and be really creative. Zone has an awesome theme and because things are futuristic there can be anything on it. So don't be scared

Well I think that's a given. They obviously wouldn't give it to someone who has hardly played and doesn't know what the players want.

It's not like there was someone who worked for the server for years now, fixed **** like the Gmap when Tashkin decided to give up after updating it with the broken one from Dev, and go to sleep right after. Was treated like **** by Tashkin when he quit, who had added a hack tool to him and told him if he wanted it removed he'd have to send a ticket, then when he came back Alex said he knew he deserved a promotion to SA but didn't want to because other people would get jealous. Yet keeps ****ing coming back because for some reason he doesn't understand Zone doesn't deserve someone like him.

So yeah, I can understand MDs choice.

I have nothing against Chelterrar, but really, Zone manager? I'm sorry.

Let's not be hasty now people give him a chance let's see what happens with ideas and tips since we play zone and he is manager learning more about what players want ect

But why? There is someone qualified to be a manager who has been with the server since it's released, and has been staff for around 3 years now. He's busted his ass for years without getting the promotions he deserves. The only reason Chelt is the manager now is because MD knows him.

I would appreciate it if you guys would drop the manager subject and either contribute to the thread or leave, don't turn it into another pointless rant thread please.

The medkits that drop in the overworld needs to be removed or healing reduced greatly, you heal about 30 health from each i believe? it makes the gameplay stale since players just run away from fights and heal off of it forcing the attacker to play on the defensive and secure the medkit spawn locations..

ALSO make food non-healable!!! Get rid of freaking medkits that you get from freebies. Healing ruins the game.

The least we can do is give him a chance tho :0 all we did when he came was tell him to go away since he was from delt let give him a chance :3 even tho some actions he did need to be corrected before he changed it xd

How is it not contributing? Having the right manager would literally be the biggest improvement to the server. Without a manager who knows the server and has the ability to manage then I'm sorry, but the server is going nowhere. I think the previous managers have proven that time and time again.

Yeah regarding the manager thing, thats usually want most rants nowadays go back to, its just stupid to have someone who never actually played as a full time player be the manager, how are they gonna know whats best? Chelt, dont make some bs thread like this acting like youre gonna make zone better when you dont even know why its bad or good in the first place, and we've had threads like his posted 100's of times and it always ends up as "we need a good manager", and someone who got handed out the manager position because hes carlitos bff is not gonna be cut out for it. Then you wanna talk about guns, things like this make me laugh because aside from you and carlito firing the one guy on the whole staff team that knew the guns (for no reason) and then making the zp the gun admins, you had the nerve to ask around for my gun plans afterwards (yeah someone sent me a screenshot), this crap is beyond stupid.

And about the medkits, as a pker, healing items are just as annoying as runners, good thing theres a super simple solution to it tho (:
