Favorite TV shows?
 

Just finished Dexter and I feel empty again cause it was so good (watched till S5E3 because people warned me to cut it at Season 4, not sure if I should watch more and ruin the feeling I have for it).

I need new really good tv shows that are dark, realistic-fiction, groomy... Some like these I have watched:
-Breaking Bad
-How to get away with murder
-Jessica Jones
-Daredevil
-Dexter
-Narcos
-Better call saul
-House of Cards
-The Walking Dead

My top 3? Easily Breaking Bad, House of Cards aaand Daredevil. What are your favorite shows and which do you recommend? :smile:

Breaking Bad

My whole life has been either Netflix, YouTube, or anime sites.
I don't use cable, so I don't watch that many shows on TV. I only discovered Breaking Bad because one of my Graal friend literally wrote an essay about it for a college assignment, so I thought it has to be good.

I loved Dexter all the way until the end. The ending they chose sucked, but it didn't really ruin the show. You're missing out on great characters if you don't watch it all the way through. I'm currently watching Nurse Jackie and it's good, but that is a comedy. Sons of Anarchy is a must watch for you; I loved it. I'll check my netflix list and see what else I've watched. Prison Break is great. Not really dark, but it is a drama. Also The Blacklist is amazing!!!! You should also try Criminal Minds. That's one of my favorite shows. Bates Motel is also great. There's also a new show on TNT (i believe) that just started a few weeks ago called Animal Kingdom. It's pretty dark and one of my favorite new shows. I would recommend Legends because season 1 was so great, but season 2 had me so confused and really disliking it because they went a completely different way than they were with season 1. And that's all I see on my netflix list.

I just realized you wanted dark TV shows. Well Bates Motel is pretty dark, you could watch that. It's a great series.

For those of you who have seen Game of Thrones, would you recommend it to everybody? Does it have good world building, character development, etc.?

Yes, yes and probably yes.

I'll admit, it starts off a bit slow but once most of the plot starts to shape up and the characters begin to go at each others' throats(hehe), things get entertaining as ****.
