Galaxy S6 Files Not Downloading Without Wif
 

Yeah so I have unlimited data and travel a lot, but I can't use Graal when traveling because I don't download some of the files when not on internet; it SUCKS. Sometimes heads and bodies will be completely missing, just the shadows; ganis too. Any fix?

It's the same for all servers, by the way.

Slow internet, not related to your device, maybe it's a throttled internet plan?

You know not many carriers can afford to give costumers high speed unlimited data.

Actually I used an iPhone on the same plan as me right next to my phone and it worked perfectly.

Ah weird, do you have “restrict background data" enabled on settings?

Sorry late reply, I didn't see you replied,

I've recreated your problem, it seems it was caused by the app unable to access your storage

Go to Settings>Apps>Graal Era>Permissions, make sure you allowed the app to have access to Phone (wut) and Storage

Still got the same problem. I've talked to other galaxy users who face the same problem too, it's an issue with Graal's compatability they need to fix asap
