what u mean put on plates?. u get them by supposedly sending a useful report but I am pretty sure 90% of the current admins don't know that these cookies exist and the other 10% just don't care about giving them. they appear in your items like if it was a brew or a burger or any other food sell at places full of noobs. no they won't give you cookies for voluntarily helping people out with tasks

3.) They look like digestive biscuits. When you eat them, they make you sparkle for 5-10 minutes.

4.) Helping people does not always grant a cookie. Making the game a better place is, in itself, a reward. If you are noticed by an admin who wants to reward your behavior, you will get a cookie. Keep trying.

I don't care about cookies at all but I've got like 3 of them despite reporting probably anywhere between 100+ people, so Angel's statistics are probably pretty accurate

Yeah they don't automatically give you a cookie. There's some odd criteria. Or maybe noob admins don't get 'cookie powers' just like they don't get to host mini games...?
