I'm an adult medium with most materials at ~74in and 180lb. So I figure you're probably good, may be a little long on you though.

Near where I live you can get a nice fitted plain t-shirt or shirt for around £3 from Small to large, good quality too if you don't want to splash out £15+ for a designer shirt which is more or less the same but with a logo on it

should fit. small will be better

I'm 5'10" 130lb. Small is slightly too small on my arms. Medium is slightly baggy length-wise.

guarantee it will barely change, I used to work ages ago in a yarn place and like 1roll of yarn-that could make 100's of scarfs-or like 50tshirts was only £6.99 and company's sell stuff off for big prices due to the logo/label, but if going for more plain stuff or not really named then it's going to less, also bare in mind one of the biggest part of how GB was built up on was mills full of sewing machines etc.

Just make your own with those things you iron on.

Really low quality, if you do it yourself. Would recommend ordering from a shirt printing company. It'll be more expensive but it'll at least last you more than 3 months.
