Overweight?

I am 5.5 foot tall, and my weight fluctuates between 150 Lb to 160 lb.

am i FAT?

BMI doesn't always correlate between fat levels. Muscle weight is a thing. To determine if you're fat or not we'd need either your body fat percentage or a photo

I recommend talking to a nutritionist and/or your doctor.

Mangsi 07-30-2016 02:32 AM

You sound perfectly fine to me <3 never let anyone else tell you you're fat (except maybe a doctor. They know the medical stuff), don't ever bring yourself down thinking about how big or small you are. It only gets worse if you do.

Maybe realizing he may be overweight is the kind of motivation he needs to exercise. Worked for me

I'm 24. 5'11" 127lb 4% body fat

You're probably fat.

Possibly, I just don't want him to get obsessive with it, and get addicted to losing weight. Working out in moderation is great, but if he becomes hyper focused on it because some people on the internet told him he was fat, then it becomes a problem.

if he's asking if he's fat, the weight probably isn't from muscle.

Yeah depends if it's muscle, I'm around that height and I'm only 120 pounds. If it's fat then yeah, you're overweight.

i assume you dont lift at all (thus the ******ed question) so you're most likely somewhat chubby.

I eat plenty, more than most people I know. Gaining weight is hard for me.

You probably just have a low appetite and eat way less than you think.

No. I know how much I eat. I have to buy it. Gaining weight is hard.
