Sura was sold to Outlaw not too long ago
 

Yeah I sold Sura to outlaw. He promised me a 1.5k hat and it had a couple hundred hours from me and one of my friends, it was called "Devilz"

He didn't follow through so obviously coming out with my story. Hoping staff see it and disband or ban him/me. I couldn't care less.

I don't have the full convo but I do have our most recent and I hope that staff can look deeper and ban him. He bought it from me.

If it were a crime, this isn't technically a crime because admins aren't responsible for things like this, if he was selling the gang hat it'd be a whole other story.

He was essentially. He sold me the gang hat for the gang. And if I'm correct (which I believe I am) then selling gangs is indeed illegal. Are you just going to ignore it out of bias lol?

Suck it up buttercup, your fault you gave him the gang at 100 hours, then quit, and come back when Sura reached 1.5k and expect a hat.

If selling gangs were illegal you'd be the suspect, furthermore you would not receive a gang hat if he "sold it to you" for the gang apparently. And on top of THAT you have pretty much little to no proof.

What do you mean "sold"? USD or what?

I don't think it was sold to him, it was given to him on the promise that he would give you a hat while you just quit and did nothing, dumb thing to do on your part and like most of these cases, you do these things at your own risk.

If you make bad business deals it isn't really the admins fault, he was willing to put in the work and you weren't so the way I see it he still earned the hat rightfully and so did people who actually helped.

Don't think you have to worry about a cosmetic item that will look like a dump. If he offered money, then took the guild, and you never receive such payment then it's considered scamming and dealing with USD or any type of currency is illegal in the game (that I know of) which should be dealt with. Anyways, a penny is worth more than what their design will be.

So you basically did give it to him since you gave him back the 20k BBC, case closed, close the thread, nothing an admin can do
