Question about a spider i found in my home.

Hello! I found a spider in my house today that i've never seen before. I live in England by the way.

Anyway, i was wondering if someone could identify it thanks.

It was mostly black, and so at first i thought it was a black widow, however upon further inspection i saw small brown markings on each of its legs, and its (Fangs?) were much bigger than that of a black widow. It was not more than an inch big and its legs were quite close in to its body.

Probably just a house spider...

Take a picture of it.

Honestly, its probably nothing new or dangerous.

Spiders won't hurt you unless you provoke them.

Use a Geiger counter to see if it is radioactive. Let it bite you. Congradulations! You have cancer.

probably a garden spider or a house spider. i hate spiders.

Sounds like a Termis Invi spider. Their bite isn't harmful but their web is actually coated in poison.

Way to go, Piggy. Now all he has gotta do is trudge about with a hand-held vacuum cleaner to suck the poisonous webs up.

It's definitely highly venomous and it's bite is fatal. Take extreme caution.

Skyzer 09-03-2016 02:54 PM

It's super poisonous. It laid eggs. When the eggs hatch the spiders will kill you.

It's probably one of those skin burrowing spiders.

Your spider is a tarantula. Aint gonna kill ya and the most it can cause is a harmful bite if u aggravate it.
